Men in Song returns for a fourth year, hosted by East Tennessee State University, Milligan College, the Mountain Empire Children's Choral Academy, Appalachian Men's Ensemble, and Appalachian Express Chorus.

The all-day event culminates with a public concert featuring the Adult and Children's Festival Choirs as well as The Appalachian Men's Ensemble, BucsWorth Men's Choir and The SwashBucklers from East Tennessee State University, Heard Mentality from Milligan College, The Appalachian Express Chorus, and MECCA Men. This is a truly incredible concert that is not to be missed!

The festival choir, under the direction of Dr. Alan Stevens and Dr. Noah DeLong, is open to any male singer who's voice has changed. Unchanged voices in third grade or above will join the Boys in Song Festival Choir under the direction of Jane Morison. Over 200 male singers from throughout the region combine voices for this unique weekend of music making and fraternity.

If you are interested in joining the festival choir, you can register online or at the door. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 21. The festival is $15 for adults and $10 for students through college. This includes all music and lunch on Saturday.
